Yes, he's coming.  I think it might be worthwhile to see if we can shoe horn
in a short meeting time for people who want to do some brainstorming on
encouraging local groups.  We'll have people here from several aquatic plant
"hot spots".  If we offer him a spot on the MC, we could ask him to chair
this meeting as well.
