No, I don't think we discussed it, but it's a good idea to get as many
people in as possible, even if they can only come for the day.  I'm sure
Charlene pro-rated the amount to cover expenses and then some.  It isn't the
first time someone's made a quick decision on something without bringing it
to the attention of the MC/SC ;-)  I don't have any problem with this one.

I think we have to see how timing works out.  It would probably be a good
idea to hand out a "comments" form to everyone to try to get as much
on-the-spot input as possible while it is still fresh in the participants'
minds. I _don't_ think we want to bog down the fun and excitement for the
non MC participants by spending too much time on a business meeting.

Well, I know I had it in my column.  I don't get the othenap/gazines, so I
wouldn't have any way of checking them.
