Mary or Dave,
Just for comparison, can you provide the price for V13n1. I seem to recall
that when I printed ONE page of color, the cost was approx $1K more than
the regular b/w printing (for 1000 copies). An issue with 4 pages of color
would therefore be ~$5K .  Another way to look at the cost for this one
issue is to consider it as part of the annual printing and mailing costs.
With this issue included, what is the total cost for CY-2000 (vol 13) and
how does this compare to previous years? Maybe it won't look so bad that way.
