Based on Mary's cost estimates, I also agree that we should print the
winners in this special issue of TAG. I also am impressed with the quality
of the "digital" copies in TAG V13n1. However, for a small amount of
additional money, I would suggest the 4-color process if Mary thinks it
will even be better.

My preference has always been to have the contest pictures and information
stapled in. Please let us know if you want to do it otherwise.

One final point: 
**I propose that this issue get placed in a paper or plastic envelope and
the the SC approve this extra cost. I estimate the extra cost to be
approximately $150-200. When the members are getting a $7.00 booklet, I
believe they would not mind spending an additional 25cents. The non-US
members already get there's in an envelope.
