I believe that we all agreed to let mary print the color showcase insert
(stapled in), but from the message above, Mary needs clarification (and
maybe we need to understand ourselves) how may pages of color she is
printing. From the options she presented, the costs range from $3500 for 1
page to $6000+ for the 3 pages and color cover. 

When I voted, I was voting to approve the 3page stapled insert - normal
cover (at ~$5K). If everyone agrees, then I suggest that Erik make this
clear so there is no misunderstandings. I also would like to get the SC to
support my motion to fund the additional $150-200 so the US subscribers can
get this issue in an envelope.

we are offering.
