I already spent an hour with her on the phone over this, and at least I got
her settled down.  But in a way, I inadvertently added fuel to the fire, by
telling her that she SHOULD expect an answer from Neil or anyone else on the
SC if she comes to them with a question.  Of course, I didn't have the
little piece of information that her "question" to Neil was not really a
question, but a comment imbedded in a message on a different subject.  Nor
did I know that the total elapsed time from start to finish was 5 days.

I did point out to her that Neil was not the only SC member, and that if
(for whatever reason... she could not know in that length of time whether
Neil was sick, or on vacation) that there are other people for her to turn
to.

If you think it will do any good, I'll give it another try.  But I'll tell
you, I feel like I'm dealing with one of my children here.
