    Yes, I agree. We certainly need some new blood with new ideas or
additions to the old ones. I don;t have much to come up with but I'm glad
you are going ahead with the convention. Sorry I won't be there. It is too
late in the fall and the weather can be 'iffy' also our Cnadian dollar has
bottomed out against the American dollar and unless it goes up I will not be
crossing the border for a while. That is just too big a loss to take. I wish
they had gone into October instead of a week later in November.
