I thought it better not to clutter up my last email with another topic., so
I am starting a new thread.

I have a message into Mary inquiring about the status of TAG. I will pass
along the response when I get it. I cant remember when I got the last issue
(seems like I got 2 PAMs in the interim).

Assuming that the lateness of TAG is due to (or significantly compounded
by) bulk mail, I make a MOTION that we authorize Mary to look into a better
(including a more expensive) mailing service and/or start to send out the
U.S. member issues 1st class. FYI, Canada and other foreign already get
theirs 1st class. For 1st class upgrade, the incremental postage cost per
U.S. member should only be ~$1.20 to $1.60 per year. I think the reduced
printing schedule from 6/yr to quarterly should more than offset the cost. 
She should come back to us with recommendation.
