As I offered before, I have a good friend who is an attorney, semi-retired,
and while he won't do it for free I can probably get him to do it for under
a grand -- ????
I think that it is a good idea to have Neil launch a trial balloon with
Gomberg. I also think that PAM is not in as good financial shape as Dave had
projected, and I think he would welcome the $$ from AGA/TAG.
