Lost TAG

I really suspect that many more TAG's went missing than Mary thinks.  She is
assuming that because she only heard from a couple of people after her APD
post, that only a couple of people didn't receive it.  I'd bet money that
most people didn't respond because it is unclear to them which issue is
missing, and which one they got last. (and when) That's besides the fact
that MANY of us don't read the APD conistently, and may very well never have
seen a posting in the middle of the summer when half the world is on
vacation.

OTOH, I think it's water over tha dam.  I think that Mary's decision to just
move memberships up one issue for anyone who reports that they missed that
issue is the only equitable way to handle it.  I believe that she is putting
that information in her editorial in the next issue too, so that all those
who DON'T read the APD regularly will get the news and can contact us.
