Hi All --
So far the only comments on incorporating have been
thatwe should make the Board of Directors 5 instead of 7. It got to seven
because it was at 6 and then Joe recommended that the Chairman be included so
there could not be tied votes. We can just as easily go to 5, and on the theory
that the fewer people the easier to do things -- so -- unless I hear any
objections we will make the B of D 5 strong.
If there are any other things anyone wants
addressed please speak now. I'm going to be away from Thursday through the
weekend, so I will wait til Monday before I giuve Joe Cushing his final marching
orders.
