For the ~10% or whatever that dont have web access and the others (like me)
who dont look at the AGA site, the ad can always go in PAM. However, if PAM
will advertise back issues, then we should probably NOT buy them to sell
thru our bookstore.. but instead sell them on consignment basis (provided
that the bookstore manager agrees to this effort).
