OK, so no discussion on issue of joining PAM. Open for motions

I'm not really sure what to do here.  It sounds like we have no proposal
for Dave, but I would like to tell him something rather than keep him
waiting.  Since there has been no furthering of the discussion since
yesterday AM (for that matter, the only participant was David Lass on
Monday).  I guess that what I will do is open the floor up for any
motions, but if there are no motions in the next 24 hours, I will tell
Dave that we have decided to pass on his offer.  Sound OK?
