I've just never had to moderate an issue where we didn't have discussion,
then a motion, then a vote.  In this case, it's sort of discussion, then
no motion.  I guess with you, David, and myself all against the idea (not
sure about Neil, and don't want to bother Dorothy), I could safely tell
Dave that we're going to pass, then.  I will go do that.
