I'm glad that you sent this message again. I deleted the last batch of "TAG
job postings" including this one. I didnt realize that the question was
specifically sent to the SC. It would help me a lot if you can
differentiate postings to the member list by preceding the subject with
something like [AGA]. This is what the crypts list does (I dont know if it
is automatic)....it makes it much easier to prioritize incoming mail. 

Regarding your question....  
 --for me to give a good answer, I would like to first know how much money
you need to cover the difference between color and current TAG format. If
you can get by with the BB prices, then that is what I would recommend. 
A related point is whether the first ads will appear in the b/w TAG
format... and if they will be in color or b/w. As you well know,
advertisers may not want to pay  the same rate for a b/w ad.
