Okay folks, amazingly fast response here from Hayakawa.

What I will need to do is be VERY VERY careful with my bookkeeping to 
insure that the $20 per copy I am keeping for myself never goes over the 
amount I paid to produce the tapes.  I'll keep you guys posted if we get 
such an overwhelming response that it pays for everything -- at that point 
I'll change the amount that I'm keeping to just include postage and stuff.
