Dear Adam,

As I said when I wrote to you last, you have not missed an issue.  The new
issue, Vol. 15, #1 April-June 2002 was mailed last week.  I am in the next
town over from the mailing company, and mine arrived on Wednesday.  Other
people here in the U.S. have received theirs within the last day or two.
Even though we send the foreign issues air mail, I am sure it takes longer
to get to Singapore.  Please let me know if you haven't received it by the
end of the week.
