Hi folks,

I just recieved this e-mail, and thought I should forward it for the rest of
you to see.  Is there a reason people can't join via the Internet now?  I
would think thta it would be pretty easy now that we have PayPal.  Is this
just an oversight, or is there a reason we're not doing it?
