Hi David,

Step Direct needs a check for postage for:

487.62 - Domestic
 31.45 - Canada
112.20 - Foreign
$631.27 - Total

Thanks.  I also really think the board should revist the idea of bulk mail
within the U.S.  This is awfully expensive, and now that we are mailing them
in envelopes, we shouldn't have the problems with damage that we had before.

Unlike periodical rate, where we would need to get our own permit, which is
very involved, for bulk, Step Direct can send them out under their permit.
All we need to do is ask.

Cheryl and I think we've got a schedule worked out to have the next issue in
the mail by the first of December.  (I've already got most of the material
in-hand... we're just waiting for a few photos) I'd really like to try bulk.
