Hi Charlene, I agree that the biggest problem here is one of advance communication. I know that our local club has a letter they send out to speakers delineating exactly what will be picked up by the club, just to avoid confusion. Maybe that's something we should institute in the future. We all know this is a learn-as-we go experience!
