ACA Convention Bid Information

As promised, here is a scan of the bid sheet sent to prospective clubs who 
want to host an ACA convention.  Seems fairly straightforward to me, yes?

I'm not sure who's collecting this information (David?) & the stuff 
Darlene Walder is going to gather.  Thanks.
