Hi Phil, When we have it together (hopefully end of year, but we're only just getting together all the pieces, and we're usually VERY slow), I will send it to you! Are you thinking your group would be interested in bidding for 2003 or 2004? Basically, what I suspect it will involve is researching a hotel & in-town "activities", getting rates, coming up with a basic plan of activities, speaker list, personel to run it, and budget.
