Hi Mike,

We're still progressing on the bid form.  The person gathering the 
information from the previous conventions has now finished, and it's moved 
on to the person drawing up the final document.  He's actually thinking he 
might have his first draft in 2 weeks, which is very cool.

That said, having read the "new" information, I can say that the stuff I
sent you off the top of my head a few weeks back are VERY relevant and not 
a heck of a lot different than where we are officially now.
