New BOD members

OK folks, we're incorporated now, and I think we are set up so that we CAN
change BOD members when we're ready.  It seems to me that both Cheryl and
Scott have been showing a tremendous amount of initiative and follow-through
over the past year.

I would like to propose that we drop my name off the BOD and offer the slot
to one of them.  It won't change my involvement too any great extent, and my
presence as editor isn't critical on the BOD anyway.  I think we need some
"fresh blood" at the top.  I'd include Kathy here as well, because obviously
she has really stepped up to the plate this year as well.  But adding her to
the BOD probably would not significantly reduce the amount of responsibility
that is already on the Olson household.<g>
