They have several local talk possibilities, including possibly Bailin.  
Larry is thinking of maybe having a basic talk on Friday night for the
newbs.  I suggested a laid-back structure like the NEC's Friday night
talk, maybe even calling it a "workshop".

I think the areas they're wanting a little assistance in will be the 
national speakers.  What is that, like 1 keynote & 2 nationals?  We can do 
that!
