Board Positions
Based on David's message, if it's appropriate, I'd like to make the
following motions:
1. That we ask Cheryl Rogers and Scott Heiber to accept nomination to the
BOD
2. That if both accept nomination that we add one more seat to the BOD to
accommodate adding both of them.
