    I agree that both these should be on the BOD. I expected that Cheryl
would be after she took membership. It would be nice to have a back up for
an important position ahead of time. We could get a more thorough evaluation
of the capabilities and realiability before we have to go to a
recommondation  from who knows where.
    To add one more member I think would be an asset.
