Hi Bailin, We are always open to ideas for news ways of getting more involve, especially if they come with offers to help! Two things come to mind that we could definitely use help with. The first is that Erik could REALLY use help with the Aquascaping Contest, and that could tie in quite nicely with the convention if we want to do it the way we did last year. The second is a much smaller job, but I think it is also important. Now that people are actually using the member's list, I think it would be great if we had someone as moderator, just to make sure newbies don't get ignored, (not to answer all questions, but to keep an eye that SOMEONE does) to bring any management issues to the attention of a BOD member, and to just make sure people remain polite.
