Erik can tell us how easy (or hard) it would be to
generate a list like that automatically. But I know we have e-mail
addresses for just about everyone. I'm not sure we had ANY non-electronic
entries this time around.
I also like the idea of covering our butts both
ways.

I agree that we should do this. I'm just
wondering if we have an email list of entrants that we could send out a notice
that we are giving Amano pertmission to use the stuff, and please to contact
us if they do not. We should also get it from Amano that they will get
individual permission from anyone they use.
