Step Direct Estimate

Hi David,

Here is the list from Step Direct.  It looks high to me, but I know they
wanted to over estimate rather than underestimate and hold us up.  The
excess will be on account for the next mailing:

471.21 US
166.40 International
 48.40 Canada
200.00 Multis
886.01 Total

If you can send them a check, they can send the magazines out as soon as
they get them. (hopefully Thursday or Friday)
