Okay.  You maybe told me about being Inc before and I
forgot.

So for follow up, but not immediately:

Does Board want to consider a card for the org to be used
for these rare situations?  Even establishing the credit
might enable AGA to do some things by account rather than
cash or card.

Do we need want to pursue Non-prof status? (No, I don't
know how either, but so what?)

Does the Inc need to file a tax return?  Are we delinquent
for 2002?
