Larry and Scott, I'm only going by what we did last year. People who 
worked the 2002 convention (eg Luis, Jaime, Darlene, Valerie, Charlene), 
vendors, sponsors, speakers, and so forth got a free membership for 1 
year. If they were already members, then I renewed their membership.

I mentioned this to Tim during the May meeting, but I don't know what 
was discussed after that. I'm thinking it would be appropriate to get 
guidance from the Board on this. Then I'll do whatever you guys decide!
