Kasselmann books at convention

Hi folks (and welcome to perhaps the second voting issue for the year?).

Kathy has been working with Krieger to obtain copies of the Kasselmann 
book available at the convention, and has gotten quoted some very nice 
prices.  The Dallas folks want US (the AGA) to decide on the books, 
because it'll be us with any surplus.  Diana Walstad didn't have any 
interest in dealing with the excess stock, but I will volunteer to handle 
it.

Here is the proposal:

 * We presell copies of the book on the PayPal page for the convention, at
a "convention special" of $60 per copy, retreivable ONLY at the
convention, noting that Christel will sign them there.  Orders will only
be taken from folks who have registered for the convention.

 * Krieger has given us an offer that includes $50 per copy plus shipping, 
non-returnable for 10+ copies (I think).  They also offered $55 plus 
shipping, returnable, for something less than ten copies.

 * October 15, we count up the number of orders.  If significantly less
than ten, order the $55 version and it's a wash.  If slightly less than
ten, order ten copies and I will sell the excess on the website after the
convention.  If more than ten, order as many as we had orders for.
