Re: RE: NJAS Vendor Table



Well, NEC gives us a whole booth, but as I said, that's a little different.
They do that as a favor to me, AND they know it will be a "pretty" booth,
and attract visitors to the vendor area.  The psoter is a tri-fold foam core
presentation board, nad , yes, it will fit on a card table with no problem.
A stack of brochures in front of it, and that's all you need.  I would NOT
leave copies of the magazine on the table... The last time I sent a display
board don to NJAS, I had a display copy of TAG actually GLUED to the board,
and someone stole it. :-/

We don't even need a table to ourselves.  Most conventions have a table
specifically for materials from other aquarium organizations.  If our
display board is too big, just ask them if you can put some brochures out on
a table anywhere.
