There is a small percentage of folks who cannot use PayPal -- not just 
"don't want to", but "can't".  Paypal doesn't take payments from some 
countries.

Perhaps as an alternative, we might try to seek out a credit card account 
that has similar fees to PayPal but which we could use online AND for 
regular transactions.  Then we could have people pay for things AT the 
convention with a credit card, for instance.
