Foreign Members by Country

David Lass asked for a breakdown by country of the foreign members. 
This list includes the very recently expired members, assuming they 
will ALL renew, naturally. It is up-to-date as of this morning.

English-speaking countries are winning (in order: Canada, United 
Kingdom, Australia). We are pretty popular in Germany, Singapore, and 
Italy.
