Hi all --
AGA, Inc. is officially a non-profit organization.
We are on the commonwealth of Massachusetts' oficial list -- they sent me a
notice saying that we hadf to file annual reports, but there is no penalty for
not filing and no time limit on when you can file. Massachusetts -- the one and
only.
