If AGA has a web bulletin board (set of publically accessible forums), does it thereby assume risks or liabilities for the content of what folks post? For example, if someone's post falsely slams a commercial product, is AGA liable for slander or libel? Does it make a diff if AGA controls or edits or censures the content or not. That's my best stab at the conern I've had in mind. Anything else folks. Or can you maek it clearer? sh --- David Lass <davidlass@villasunscape.com> wrote: > What are the issues that I should run by the lawyer?
