Bookstore Holiday Combo/Membership thingy

OK, I've tried to integrate both the suggestions by the board for a 
"discount membership" to get new people involved, and by Diana of how to 
handle the dump from Mary:

"Holiday Beginner Membership Gift Pack! For a limited time, give that 
friend, loved one, or recent convert to aquatic gardening, the extreme 
introduction! Includes all six (remaining) issues of Planted Aquaria, a 
sampler of four color and three recently unearthed vintage black and white 
TAG, and a new one-year AGA membership. All for only $60!"

If this seems cool, I'll change the bookstore page to reflect this.
