Hi Joseph,

This is the first I've heard of any blank pages in TAG.  Have you heard that
this happened to other people too?  If so, I really need to hear from them.

Could you please send me your copy with the blank pages back so that I can
take a look at it and discuss it with the printer?  If you e-mail me your
address, I'll send you out another copy with all the pages printed right
away.

If this is something that happened in just one copy, I'll still talk to the
printer, but it isn't as big a deal.  If it happened in a large part of the
run, it is something they are going to need to reimburse us for.
