2003 Videos - My proposal

I don't think this even needs to get voted on, but here is my plan for 
the 2003 convention videos, after gathering my "marketing research" data:

VHS - single tape with main talks (Randall, Winterton, Kasselmann, Miller, 
      Booth) $30
      
      two tapes with above, plus misc. talks (Olson, Kasselmann, Olson),
      Focus Groups (Navarro, Frank, Cameron, and condensed bits of Barr, 
      Winterton, Ghori and Nyberg), and Bonus Video $40

DVD - two-disc set, same as two-tape set above, $35

DVDs will be recorded in DVD-R format, plays on most players, but may not
play on all players.  If it does not play, we will exchange for the single 
VHS tape, or if they add $10, exchange for the 2-VHS.  The extra $5 covers 
the extra shipping and packaging involved for the VHS.
