Hi Kathy,

NEC is no longer holding a policy to cover all the local clubs.  I don't
know the details of why that happened, but my guess is that the umbrella
policy cost more than the local clubs were willing to chip in.

I agree that we should ask David to look into it.  And like you, depending
on the cost, I'd also probably be willing to chip in personally.
