GWAPA Prop

Since the final proposal doc is due on Jan 4 and GWAPA must
have our comments for at a least a few days to take them
into acount, I should get back to them soon.

Might I expect more comments in the next day (or so) or
should I send comments presented so far?

Are we convinced enough of the goods they've presented that
Karen will contact Amano?
