I thought we have to see at least a preliminary hotel contract before we
can announce that they get the convention bid, don't we?

I'm spacing because of all the other stuff on my mind, but I thought the 
timeline was that their bid is due January 4th, but we were doing a little 
bit of "chicken n egg" maneuvers to get Amano committed.
