It's in the respsonses to the Board's comments that I sent.
Uh, I think I sent them to Erik to avoid the byte limit
thing I tripped on last time.

The planning is flexible at this point. They're trying to
put together enough items to show the Board what they are
thinking about but the final schedule will have to be
molded when we can fix the date and speakers.
