The tank setup didn't get cut off.  It was the last event of the 
conference, aside from the silent auction, and there was ample time for 
questions.

Maybe they're thinking of the Q&A panel which did have a limit, or Amano's 
main talk which had something like 15-30 minutes of questions.  So I'm not 
sure which "cut off" we're talking about.
