I'd imagine they be printed with good only on <date of auction> for auction payments at <cnvention name>. We're worried about about a couple hundred $s postage but not giving back $500? Is that's what's troubling you? Think how confused GWAPA must be ;-) I think it would be good if AGA had a strategy. Then GWAPA could gear towards and so could, uh, the Board. But AGA doesn't seem to do much in terms of long term planning. I'm not making a personal criticism, I'm jsut syaing the organization is needs to get organized.
