Unfortunately not profitable and not-for-profit are two
diff things is the eyes of the IRS.

Assuming no one disagrees with that, it's safe to say that
for the convention one of our goals is to at least
breakeven and to promote membership as much as possible?

That's a statement we could give to GWAPA?
