I think if it is mailed in TAG it should come out of AGA funds.  IF mailed 
separately it should be part of the convention expenses.  Which in a way 
is AGA funds...because if the convention looses money it is out of the 
treasury.

Which reminds me, I haven't seen any proposals on how revenue will be 
distributed.  Ie..the first 1000-2000 to AGA (like what Dallas did) and 
then split all over that?   What is their expectations!!
