I don't think you got answers on the $49 thing.

I vote that we recommend $49 to GWAPA and let them decide what they want 
to do.

On the bonus bucks...sorry Karen and Cheryl...but I would vote no, if we 
do the 49 thing.  (kill me, it is cute, yes I would use them if I got them 
in the auction).  I think the 49 thing will do so much more for attendance 
though than bonus bucks...we could keep that idea for the future though.

I am also visualizing 200 for this convention. That would be soo cool

On the hotel negotiations I am hoping that if we have to guarantee 100 
room nights and pay $1500 for the rooms, that maybe we could get some 
sliding scale.  ie....if we get 125 room nights or 150 it is all free, and 
for every 10 rooms over 150 that we get one free comp room night or some 
such thing.  I know NEC/ACA get comp rooms but know their numbers are MUCH 
higher than ours are.
